What is this?
This is now the ZEDE A2 Signal Matrix, not just a brief queue. It shows SKU × persona × angle × hook × format × creator × LP × readout, so we know exactly what is being tested and what to do next.
Current mode: P7 decision cockpit. Ads always stage PAUSED; ACTIVE requires a pre-existing GO record (server-enforced). Budget changes only via the guarded boost with per-row gates. Command cards filter/review evidence only.
P7 shows decisions and provenance only. Use the separate approved production pipeline for brief generation after review.
Morning workflow — what you do
- Open A2 Matrix and check the Signal Matrix — the matrix is dynamic; the truth strip shows the live row count.
- Approve/reject the matrix logic: SKU, persona, angle, hook, format, creator, LP.
- Generate Clark/Mark briefs from matrix rows only.
- When assets come back, use Drive Intake / Creatives to accept correctly named files.
- Stage as PAUSED, then read 3d/7d results back into the matrix.
HeyParkerBrief brain: turns Meta results, comments, objections, and prior learnings into the creative brief draft.
ScaleSurferDecides structure: A2 ABO test, B Bid Cap scale, C lower-bid graveyard. A2 is for clean new tests.
